聚焦 | WIPO公布2025年世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日主題：“知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和音樂(lè)：感受知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的節(jié)拍”

　　世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)組織邀請(qǐng)所有成員國(guó)和利益攸關(guān)方共同慶祝2025年4月26日世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日。2025年世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日活動(dòng)的主題是：《知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)與音樂(lè)：感受知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的節(jié)拍》(IP and music: Feel the beat of IP，最終翻譯以WIPO中國(guó)為準(zhǔn))。

　　從讓我們舞動(dòng)起來(lái)的節(jié)奏，到讓我們情緒激昂的歌詞，音樂(lè)豐富了我們生活的方方面面。音樂(lè)是一種普遍的創(chuàng)造性表達(dá)形式，而知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)(IP)在支持充滿活力和多樣化的音樂(lè)領(lǐng)域方面發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。

　　From the rhythms that invite us to dance, to the lyrics that echo our emotions, music enriches every aspect of our lives. Music is a universal form of creative expression and intellectual property (IP) rights play a pivotal role in supporting a vibrant and diverse music landscape.

　　音樂(lè)滲透到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，而知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)則促進(jìn)音樂(lè)超越自身領(lǐng)域。從電影、娛樂(lè)和技術(shù)，到時(shí)尚、電子游戲和消費(fèi)品，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)賦予了音樂(lè)跨行業(yè)聯(lián)系的能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨行業(yè)的創(chuàng)意協(xié)同和創(chuàng)新，推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。即使在我們不經(jīng)意間，音樂(lè)和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的節(jié)拍和節(jié)奏也始終存在于我們的生活中。

　　Music permeates every sector, and IP fosters the presence of music beyond its own realm. From film, entertainment, and technology, to fashion, video games, and consumer goods, IP rights empower cross-industry connections with music, enabling creative synergies and innovation across sectors that fuel economic growth. Even when it's not on our minds, the beat and rhythm of music and IP are always present in our lives.

　　2025年世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日突出強(qiáng)調(diào)了創(chuàng)造和創(chuàng)新如何在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的支持下，保持音樂(lè)界的繁榮，使世界各地的每個(gè)人都能從中受益。今年的世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)日邀請(qǐng)我們探討知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和創(chuàng)新政策如何增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)作者、創(chuàng)新者和企業(yè)家的能力，為音樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)新創(chuàng)意，保護(hù)詞曲作者、作曲家、表演者以及所有那些為我們創(chuàng)作音樂(lè)的人的作品。

　　World Intellectual Property Day 2025 highlights how creativity and innovation, backed by IP rights, keep a thriving music scene that benefits everyone, everywhere. This year’s World IP Day invites us to explore how IP rights and innovation policies empower creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs to bring fresh ideas to the music industry, safeguarding the work of songwriters, composers, performers, and all those who shape the music that moves us.
